At Fugubox, we strive to deliver high-quality American snacks to our customers. Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


1. Food & Perishable Items

Most products sold on Fugubox are food items. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened food products.

This policy ensures the safety and quality of all products delivered to our customers.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A partial or full refund


3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund

Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or external factors are not considered lost packages.


4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
