At Fugubox, we ship American snacks from the United States to customers worldwide, with a focus on Europe.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods (new releases, seasonal products), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.): 5–12 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the product price, depending on the offer.

We may offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Free shipping (included in product pricing)

  • Promotional shipping offers


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Fugubox is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees:

  • The order will not be refunded

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


5. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take time to appear

  • Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the United States and resume upon arrival in the destination country


6. Delivery Issues

Fugubox is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.


7. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine an appropriate solution.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged items

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide a solution if applicable.


9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
